Owner Dallas Palmer has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Dallas is a third-generation builder. He gained his experience under his father, building exclusive log homes on the Western Slope of Colorado. Eventually moving on to commercial and residential construction, starting MOD Inc. in 2003. Dallas is dedicated to his work and has been recognized and awarded as one of the industry leaders.
